Using downloaded patches

Hello all,

I've had my GT-6 for a few months now... and I love it! But I see that there are patches to download. I've never downloaded patches for the GT-6 and don't know what hardware/software is needed to apply the downloaded patches. Could someone help me with this issue?

I hope this helps both of you I am waiting for my GT-6 to arive so this is the information I have gathered so far.
In order to use the patches you will need software

now you will also need a MIDI to PC cable
you have a few ways to do this
1) MIDI on the back of your GT-6 to PC USB port you can get one at most music stores or online http://www.music123.com/Midiman-USB-Uno-i85139.music

2) MIDI to the back of a REAL GOOD SOUND CARD like creative labs
you will need a MIDI to GAME port connector

I suggest if you are only going to use your PC for transfering patches go with the first choice.
