Thread: What amp models are you using.

I'm still using (more or less) the same preamps, though I find that I'm using more as I go. I play in three different bands and play through three different amps, and I have patches setup for each. For cleans, I use Natural Clean the most. I also use the JC-120 (which is excellent) and on occasion the Twin. For dirty tones, on some I use the Natural Clean with an OD/DST stomp (Crunch, Warm, Blues, Muff are my current faves), and on others I use the Combo Crunch, Stack Crunch, Match Drive, and MS 1959.

One of my bands is an acoustic trio (though I play an electric for about 1/3 of the set). For acoustics, I use the Full Range.

    Peace,
    Bruce,

Natural Clean and sometimes jc for my clean tones, I use the natural with some OD for some warmer stuff, but
then I turn into a wild beast with the rect sims, stereo modern and vintage. Ive been ridiculously busy lately, but I really need to record some stuff with my new rect patches and share them, Im in love. I modified the kruspe patch that someone (sorry forgot who) posted a while back, and it really tickles me pink.

HiGain, T-Amp, and Match Drive are in my 'goto' patches for use at church.

I really need to play with some of the other amp sims to see if they can work for me.

But most of my playing is using GT-100 in 4CM with my Hughes and Kettner Tubemeister 18 for my 'out of church' rock/blues band. And GT-100 is GREAT is 4CM!
