I've only had enough time to skim through the presets and do some minor tweaking. I actually ended up with a patch that should end up being a strong contender for a keeper.

My family scurried off to the Chicago Reptile Fest, so I got to go up to full volume and try the beast out.

Lovin' what I'm hearin' so far. The couple of patches that I whipped up sound fabulous.

Very cool. I work from home most days (and Ms lp_bruce doesn't), so I frequently have "loud time". It's glorious.

Happy to hear you're liking your sounds. I think the presets are pretty awful, but I have found it very easy to build good patches from scratch, both direct and with my Carvin. Haven't really experimented with the JC-120 yet (haven't had a ton of time). For now, I'm going to focus on direct because I'm thinking my main use for the GT-100 will be when I want a truly portable setup. I have to say (though), I was very encouraged by what I was hearing through my Carvin too. We shall see.

    Peace,
    Bruce,
