Default Can u EQ wah when u have it isolated globally?

    Hi guys,
I need some advice on the GT10 wah. I have no need at my gigs for a volume pedal, therefore, using the Global Settings I have isolated the expression pedal as 'wah only'. Now I am not really sure what you guys are referring to when you state 'cocked wah'. I have read most of the posts and am still not 100% clear on it. Maybe this is it..

What I would like to know is, is there any way to adjust the EQ in the wah when it is set solely as a wah pedal? I can see that there is a parameter of 0 - 100 but that just seems to be the amount of wah you want. I wish to reduce the high frequency. The problem I am having is that when I press to activate the wah (and when it is still in the 'down' position) it makes a horrible sharp wah sound, until I decrease the pedal to the lower frequencies. It only starts to sound decent when I have it a quarter of the way up getting to the lower frequencies. And likewise when I have finished using the wah and push it forward to deactivate, I of course need to go through the higher frequencies and I get that horrible sharp wah again for a fraction. (Maybe this is what you are all referring too?) I am aware that I can adjust the individual patch that I am on when I activate the wah but I do not want to do that as I am very happy with the patches without the wah activated. I have looked through the manual and cannot see anywhere that tells me how to 'globally' reduce the high frequency at all times when the wah is activated and isolated globally.

    I hope that makes sense.
    cheers
