Hi, I've been searching my GT-10 for a metronome, but with no luck...
does it have a build in metronome?

Guitars:
ESP Horizon FR II Transblack Cherry
Fender Standard stratocaster
Amps:
Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier (3 channel) 100w Top
Mesa Boogie 2x12 Roadking cabinet with Celestion Black Shaddow
Koch Twintone II 50W (Tube Series)
Fender 15W combo
Pedals/-board:
Boss GT10, Electro-Harmonix Metal Muff, Carl Martin Compressor, Carl Martin HOT MK3, Carl Martin The Fuzz, Carl Martin Chorus xII, Boss DD3 Digital Delay, Vox V847 Wah.
It has a looper that can function as a metronome.
Start tapping your foot on the ground with the tempo you want to set the metronome to, then when you feel ready, press to record, pick a dead note on the guitar, then at the next beat, terminate the recording.
You'll hear that dead note clicking at every beat, so there's your metronome.
(by dead note I mean a note muted by your left/fretting hand)

Becker-MO's suggestion is a good one (as always) but there is no built in metronome on any of the Boss GT series mfx's. Digital metronomes can be found in any music store and are quite inexpensive.
Fender Aerodyne Tele, Fender 60th Anniversary Telecaster, Schecter Saturn Tele, Epiphone Les Paul Custom
Roland KC-350 Boss GT-10
Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp, Mesa Boogie Fifty Fifty Power Amp, TC Electronic Nova System, Marshall 1936 2x12 Cabs

There's a defretter patch. There's no drum machine or metronome. It's pretty much a straightforward pedal.

It's a fact. Some mfx's do come with built in drums etc, but not this one. There are online metronomes. There are, however, plenty of Gnomes in the GT 10....There must be...How else could it be this good?? !!

You can't find what ain't there (using the looper was a great suggestion).
