Hi mate, thanks for all your help with my posts, in particular the feedback I am getting. You and a few others suggested it was because I am combining the pre ampsin the GT10 with the pre amp of my Amp. Is this still the case if I always have my amp on the clean channel? You have suggested I use the send/ return option to bypass the amp (Traynor 80W valve). I have never done this before. Do you mean using 3 leads? Guitar into front of amp. Lead from amp send to GT10 input. Lead from GT10 left output to amp return? Sorry. Very noobish I know but I have always had stomp boxes in the past and actually prefer them. I have always gone guitar to boxes to amp. Never had any probs. I only bought the GT10 coz I have moved to the Gold Coast and fly to Sydney for gigs. Easier to transport.

Hi 4x4uk, read your reply, thanks, i will attempt to go GCPmidi out>GT midi in>GT midi out>ME5 midi in>ME5 midi out >whammy? love your setup, clean and i bet it don't take you more that a few minutes to setup, i'm still leaning and i ask Peter Laferty Head of roland Canada, and sometime he need to whip one out and call me with what he discovered, do you know the array of light displa that the GT can DISCO, pressleft/right arrows and turn on GT, scroll throught the f/r arrows to modify lightshow, really sool, wish i'd dicovered that two years ago, take care
