EQ FX setting for guys using guitar amp/speakers

i use the gt-pro through a guitar tube power amp and guitar speakers (stack amp output, speaker sim "off"), and was wondering if others who had a similar setup used the "High and Low Cut" settings for the "EQ" fx? The V30 speakers have a frequency response from 70-5000hz, so i was wondering if i should "cut" the GT-Pro frequencies close to those ranges for the best sound options?

well i do use the high cut feature and it definitely sounds more real...takes out that high freq hiss that is a little noticeable depending on how you have the gain and preamp eq setup. i'm leaning towards getting rid of the guitar stuff and using the FRFR speakers...probably a PA power amp and wedge monitors.
