Problem with sub out

The thing is im having trouble with the sub output when i want to use main and sub simultanuosly(it works if you select only sub but then you only get sound from the sub outs :roll: ) ,i only seem to get a mix between the main and sub sound in the sub output,its very evident coz when i change the output select to line/phones on the main channel then the sub sound is also altered quite alot,that isnt the case with the main output if i change the output select on the sub.

Its the same if i use phones or the subouts on the back.

Am i losing my mind or is it a bug or something else (hardware problem ?),could you guys please test it and post your results,ive spent a few hours to try and get it to work with no luck.

I havent used the sub out until now really,i was planning on going direct on a gig we are having on the 18 th so i thought id use the sub out.

Ive spoken to Roland here in Sweden and they have now since i reported the problem acknowledged that there is in fact a problem and they are forwarding the information to the right people.

So it seems that we are going to get a firmware upgrade for the pro in time,hopefully not to long since this is a pretty major problem if your using both main and sub out at the same time.

I feel i must mention that Rolands Swedish support answered my mail very fast and even called me up the same day after i left my number in the mail even though they were in the middle of moving the company to a different location,and they were truly serious about getting to the bottom of the matter also.

They get top grade from me thats for sure.
