Pro sub out urgent

Hi, got my new gt pro slowly finding my way around but cant seem to activate sub outs and I need these to gig on saturday I followed the manual ie select Line/phones but no sound please anyone can you help. xlrs silent and same from jacks into my multitrack

Go to the output select menu. Change the output from Main to Sub. My guess is you have it set on main

Can't you have both outputs on at once? It's not very clear in the manual.

Yea you can have it set to "Main", "Sub", or Main+Sub"
