I have posted some info on my setup for using the FCB1010 with the GT-Pro. It is how I did the phantom power mod as well as create some hookups to make connecting it to my GT-Pro easier.
I plan on posting the sysex files for my FCB1010 in the very near future, as well.
You can see it by going to My Site (http://larry.dewarband.com/). Click on FCB1010 in the navigation menu on the left.
Hope this is helpful to those out there on how I set mine up. I'll update the setup soon with some more pictures and info. I'll let you know when I do it.

How are you liking the Pro with the 50/50?

I'm loving it. It is freaking loud!! I picked up my 50/50 used and think I may need to get some new tubes for it soon, though.
The first patch I used sounded good through the headphones and at low volume, but when I turned it up, I got a massive bass thwump sound, so had to go back and edit it.
I haven't worked much with setting up some new sounds. I just tried to get a quick setup I was happy with. I need to sit down and start tweaking some more to get to some sounds I want to emulate, but just have too many other projects going on right now to find the time to tweak away.

Yea you really need to put in a lot of time to tweaking the patches. This is probably one of the farthest things from a plug in and play amp. I too am using it with a Boogie 2:50 and it is ALOT louder than I expected. Have you figured out how to make it sound similar through the power amp and through the headphones?

I know what you mean. I was able to find some stock patches to "get me by" as a base in th emean time, but definitely want to get some better tones.
Have not messed much with matching the headphones to the Mesa output, yet. I figure I may be able to get close with using the sub-out EQ, but haven't explored that part much yet, either.
Would have been nice to get this unit back a few months ago like expected. I had plenty of time to do tweaking then, but now seems like everything else hit at the same time to keep me from having much time to "play" with the GT-Pro. Maybe July will be better for me to give some attention to it.

I have updated my FCB1010/GT-PRO information page on my website to include the three SYSEX files I created for the FCB1010 to control the GT-PRO.
You can get them at MY WEBSITE (http://larry.dewarband.com). Just navigate to the FCB1010 section using the menu on the left of the site.
I'll also put them in a zip file with an explanation and upload them here as well as the FCB1010 and GT-Pro Yahoo user groups.
