Don't have the page numbers handy, but these are documented:
1. The "System" button indicates the Pro is connected over USB. (I think it just means it's seeing power on the USB port -- not that it's actually communicating with anything at the moment.)
2. The "Master" button is lit WHEN the Noise Suppressor is on.

Also, the manual points out that the headphone jack gets a mix of Main AND Sub out.
I typically will just turn down the Sub all the way, and the Main out becomes the volume control for my headphones.

Not a nugget from the manual, but still one nonetheless:
We all know how important levels are, esp. on the GTs. Since us Pro's have the Editor, keep in mind that you can bring up the meters on the Pro's LCD, but still edit anything you'd like in the editor on your PC.
So you can spin the virtual knobs on the Editor while watching whatever meter you'd like on the Pro.
(Of course, with MrSleepy's GT-8 Editor, perhaps this works for the 8 as well....)

I've been using this little trick alot lately and I've realized that you'll need to press "EXIT" on the Pro before the Editor can change to a different patch. If you try, it'll act as if it's changing but then stop and stay on the current patch.
