Anyone come up with a clever way to label the pedals when used to toggle individual fx (i.e., "manual" mode with the Pro)? I've tried making labels on the computer and printing them out, but I've never been happy with the neither the durability nor the aesthetics.....

What are you printing them on?

I was just using paper taped to the part of the switch that moves.
I think I'm going to just re-configure the -200 to work exactly like I want, so I'll skip the labeling altogether. In other words, if I chose which pedal is which FX, it should be easier to memorize. I've studied the Pro's default pedal assigns for the -200 in manual mode, and decided to go with considerably different assignments.

I was going to suggest printing your labels on a clear, adhesive backed label paper such as THESE (http://www.avery.com/us/Main?action=product.HierarchyList&node=10210944&catalogcode=WEB01).
Or any of these other LABELS (http://www.avery.com/us/Main?action=product.HierarchyList&node=10210773&pcat=Labels&catalogcode=WEB01) if you don't need clear.

I would do it the "Pro" way, just put a piece of masking tape on top of the switch and write over it with a Sharpie. It works on Rocktron style controllers only tho... The Clear labels look cool too, on a FCB1010 they would look awesome.

I had it that way before this. It had been that way for a while & I grew tired of it's sloppy appearance & thought I would try something different.
I've also put tape between the pedals before, since there is a larger area to write on.

Another way I liked it was with the tape between the pedals (or on top) with glow in the dark tape on top of the pedals so you can see when the light guy leaves you in the dark.

Anyone figured out how to mod the FC-200 so it can get phantom power?

yea that pedalsnake is a really good idea, I only would need the MIDI and the power though so that is kind of expensive for that, I was thinkin of gettin that Rocktron 5-7 pin MIDI cable if anyone knew how to hook it up to the FC-200

I use Dymo labels ( flashy colors) and I put them verticaly

They are very visible even when the stage is dark
for a fex euro's ( or dollars ) you can buy one of these ..
they stick on the FC-200 very well and you can remove theme if you know your new setting by heart ..
