For some reason the link doesn't bring you directly to where you need to be.
Click on the link I posted, then on that page, click on the "details" link & from there you can get to the manual download.

Darn it -- you win! :D
Some quick impressions:
- A whole chapter on FC-200!!!!! :D :D :D :D
- FX loops support stereo!! (not clear how -- seems to say when used as pairs, but that's fine, I guess)
- Tuner doesn't use FX lights (like the GX-700)
- Weight still claimed to be idential to GT-8
- Sub-out has a separate Output select (but same rule -- spkr sim only applies when O.S. is Line/PA)
The FC-200 seems to be more robust than the GX-700 had, but I haven't been able to discern exactly what's better, if anything.

Or you could just use the direct link to the pdf (http://lib.roland.co.jp/manual/en/dl_05-06447/GT-PRO_e1.pdf) on Boss's site.

Another feature:
- p. 109: "The GT-PRO can receive and transmit both digital audio signals and MIDI messages." [via the USB port]
I wasn't prepared for this -- I guess I'd assumed it was for the editing software or something. But the two-way audio support makes the Pro more attractive in a way I hadn't anticipated: It plus laptop makes for a rather capable recording studio.
Also, the FC-200 section coulda been more specific: Do the 200's lights turn on/off as you toggle effects on/off or what? The PDF seems to say the 200 is in CC mode when the Pro is in "manual mode"(p.87), but the 200's MIDI Impl. Chart (p. 45 of its manual) says the only MIDI it recognizes is SysEx (and Active Sense). I realize the 200 could be sending CC to the Pro while the Pro is sending SysEx to the 200, but why didn't they just come out and say whether the 200's lights would work?!

The USB port could be the key differentiator between the Pro and the 8: Supports MIDI as well as digital audio in/out, plus there's a Digital Out slot in the FX chain to allow you to choose where to tap your signal to send it to the digital out over USB.

Do the 200's lights turn on/off as you toggle effects on/off or what?
I've posed my question to Roland UK and they said they can't really say until they have a Pro of their own, expected end of April.

The more I read the more I want one... i don't think I can wait for the Pro to come out though.. ( I know it might be any day now but...) Might just go with the GT-8 (and right now it is a money thing... ) although the computer capablities more than justify the extra $$$ to me :D

I wouldn't think the computer capabilities can justify the extra cost IMHO, I used to own a GNX4 and it's got similar function and more but cost much less, though I ended up selling it becuase of a few unacceptable issues (maybe that's why it was cheaper?? ) Anyways, I did try out the 8 and liked it a lot but pre-ordered the pro in the end b'coz it's SEXIER  (hey!! i haven't got a gf for a while..), I really hope there will be areas that really justify the extrrrra cost over the 8, like better effect/preamp qualities etc.. plus can utilise Behringer's FCB1010 as well as FC200, because right now I don't feel like spending another $300-400 CDN for the midicontroller
