gt8 master editor latest revision?

Is ver 0.1.3.0. beta the latest version of gt8 master? I found a bizarre problem when programming an assign. For fx2 I wanted to switch from one effect to another using the ctrl pedal. It only lists the effects that are in fx1, not all of the effects in fx2. I wanted to switch between OC and HR but they aren't listed. Is Rachmaninoff still doing updates on this program or no?
I hope so it's my fav editor.

I emailed Rachmaninoff and he said he had to take a break due to health issues, but he's hoping to make a new version if he gets the time. Nice guy, and hope he's able to unleash a new iteration and his health improves.

I am patiently waiting for his next ver. So far I like his the best. But the others are still great.
