Here's the deal:

I bought my GT8 brand new, about 2 months ago.

It does offer some excellent tones, but I have decided that

1. I do not play in a band, and just want a little practice amp
2. I am not a tweaker
3. My home computer's hard drive is dead and I cannot afford to buy one anytime in the foreseeable future... I really don't want to have to listen to myself through headphones with the GT8, when I could hear myself through a little practice amp instead.

There you have it.

I will sell my GT8 in mint condition, with owner's manual, original box, adapter, for $325.... That ALREADY INCLUDES SHIPPING!

The first person to e-mail me back gets it.

I would like a money order for payment please.

If you want to verify that I'm legit you can check my previous posts here and also at carvinmuseum.com where I have sold a Vetta II combo amp and traded a DC127.

The GT8 is a fantastic musical tool, but again, I have no computer to use in tandem to record with, no way to hear my guitar playing except headphones... and after owning who knows how much gear over the years, I just want something simple to play through.

Thanks for your time in reading, and I'll still drop by the site to hear all the other great music that you guys and gals are creating!

You can send me a pm here, or e-mail me at: pvcpeterson@yahoo.com

I would prefer to sell only in the United States, as shipping costs are lower... That's why the $325; I want to get $300 out of it, and use the $25 for shipping costs.

Thanks again,

Matt

Do you already have an amp in mind, or are you looking for one? Possible trade?

Yes,

I am wanting to get either a tech 21 or fender "g-dec."

Those are about the only two that I'm really interested in.

Well I can't help you there... Thanks though. :)

No problem.

So, any takers for the gt8?

I'd prefer not to e-bay it; I'm pretty much e-bay illiterate anyway. I tried for about 5-6 hours to set up an account... got a paypal account opened, but couldn't figure out all the postage cost/insurance, all that other junk.

I can post pictures for any interested parties.

Thanks again for everyone's time in reading.
