I don't but I wonder if that model of volume pedal would even work as an expression pedal.

Hi Matt_B,

i use it with exp pedal with my gtpro but don't work right, the excursion lenght of the pedal isn't regular and uniform, i need to replace the capacitor, installing a new one of 25k.

With my old gp100 it works better but not with the new entry.

I wish to know if a member of this forum use this pedal and if Yes, his custom settings to let work this pedal in a better way.

ciao

I have a Rocktron HEX Expression/Volume pedal. It will peform both functions and costs about $70, though you may find it at a lower price on Ebay.

The pot on the Ernie Ball pedal cannot be replaced with a smaller value. You need to buy a new pedal- I think Roland's pedals are overpriced for what they are, as well.

I've seen over internt that this kind of replacement work well. I don't touch the pot but only the capacitor ... from 500k (suitable for active pickups and Higain input) to 25k (passive instruments). The excursion pot is the same but the reponse is different. Next week i'll try to replace and chek it.

Thanks for your advice bro
