I run the GK3 Pickup signal to the GR-20, then the normal guitar signal to the input on the GT-Pro (found this sounds better than running the guitar signal through the 13 pin cable and then using the GR-20's gtr out to the Pro, but YMMV). Then I put the GR-20 in Loops 1+2 of the GT-Pro, and set the Loops to Stereo 1. I then put the loop at the end of the effects chain. If you put the loop before the USB out, you can record the synth sounds into the computer. The Main Outs of the GT-Pro then feed my Mesa power amp

I actually use my GR20 differently, since I only use it to play some background stuff.
I don't connect the GK3 pickup, but just use my FCB1010 to send some MIDI notes and patch changes, so I can play instruments with my feet while playing guitar. The GR20 output is connected to the 2nd FX loop return, while nothing is connected to the send. I don't use the GK3 live because I like to play wireless and our songs don't really call for synth-solos. But I use it sometimes when I'm recording, because it can convey more MID-Emotion than my keyboard.
Though, if they had a wireless version of the GK cable, I would probably consider using it on stage too :P
And, since I haven't posted a pic of my rack before:
(The GR20 is hidden in the 2U drawer, like a secret weapon)

Nice looking rack. That is cool you got the GR-20 to fit in the 2 space drawer, I ordered the SKB velcro shelf for mine and it takes up 3 spaces :?
I also called Roland a while ago about wireless GK cable. Said the cable sends to much information to make it wireless

Thanks man, do you actually have a Mesa rack? Didn't know they made cases too :P Yeah, it's nice that it fits in two spaces, but the downside is that I don't have much space left to put in some more pedals, like I originally intended.. ah well :)
Yes, I read something about that during an extensive Google search too :( Personally, I think it's bullsh*it, seeing as how we can already send dozens of Mbits a second through the air now.. it's probably more of a frequency band legality issue than pure bandwidth, but that's just a guess :?

Thats actually an SKB rack with a Mesa sticker on it. When I talked to Roland, the guy sounded like they had no plans whatsoever to even think about making a wireless gk cable

I use my gi-10/xv-5050 combo into a mackie mixer...the aux send of the mixer goes to my Echoplex. The GT-Pro gets mixed with the synth, bass notes I play with my feet, and the piezo output of the electric. If I didn't have so many sources, I could get away with not using a mixer, although most PAs I have used in clubs are mono.

Does anyone know a way to run 2 different signals through the GTPro in stereo?
What i would like to do is run the GR20 though say the Left hand output/channel un-effected, and then run my distortion through the right hand output/channel.
I can run the GR20 directly to the 2nd input of the poweramp - but i'd like to know if it is possible to do this using the GTPro so that when i'm not using the GR20 - i can have my distortion goign through both channels of the poweramp and change to both signals as required etc.
Thanks in advance for your help.
