Hi everybody,
An interesting combination to amplify the GT-6:
On the left, a Marshall JTM-60 (1x12 combo with EL34's), in the parallel effect loop (this one has a high cut filter);
on the rigth, a Carlsbro Sherwood (85 W, solid states, 1x12 and a treble horn);
The GT6 is set on "Line / PA" output... The marshall gives its mids, presence and warmth; alone, it sounds a little dark. The Carlsbro gives the low end, the extreme high frequencies, and a more "open" sound; alone, it sounds a little fuzzy. The two in stereo complete each other...
Try it, the result is astonishing.
